Use the whole jar. If your braids, locs or edges don't hold past Day 10, screenshot your install on Day 1 and Day 10 and email it to hello@trymeltdown.com. Full refund within 5 business days. Keep the jar.
How returns work

- We respond within 24 hours with a refund confirmation. No interrogation, no "did you really apply it correctly" questions.
- Refund hits your card in 3-5 business days. Original shipping included on US orders.
- You keep the jar. Pass it to a friend, donate it, throw it out — your call.
FAQ
How fast will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12 PM PT ship the same business day. Weekend orders ship Monday. You'll get a tracking number within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Canada, UK, Australia, and most EU countries. International orders take 7-14 days. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement, no charge. Lost packages are covered. Damaged-in-transit packages are covered.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Within 1 hour of ordering — yes, just email us. After 1 hour the order is in fulfillment and we can't pull it. You can still return it once it arrives.
